To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, complete and in the original packaging, together with all accessories. Certain products—particularly personalised or perishable goods—cannot be returned.

Once the return is approved and the goods are received in good condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days at the latest. Return-shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
